Peter Simpson. - Mr. Simpson is an Australian and is also the Chairman of the Australian petroleum production and exploration company, Drillsearch Energy Limited (ASX: DLS), the major shareholder of Circumpacific. Mr. Simpson has substantial and diverse, business experience and is also a director of an international equities company, Bentley International Limited (ASX: BEL). He was the Executive Chairman of Bridge Finance (Australia) Pty Limited, of which Mr. Simpson’s family remains the major shareholder, and this experience provides him with the merchant banking expertise to lead Circumpacific to enlarge its shareholder base, resources and capital base during this time of receptive oil prices. His interest and experience include brand development, sales and marketing, governance (including audit review and risk assessment), and, very importantly, creating shareholder value.

Christopher B. Ryan - Mr. Ryan is the principal of Westchester Corporate
Finance, an Australian Boutique corporate advisory firm, specializing in advising
listed companies on fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, and associated
transactions. Prior to forming Westchester in July 1996, Mr. Ryan was with
Schroders Australia for 27 years. At Schroders, he served for three years in the
investment division, two years as an economist monitoring influences on interest
and exchange rates, and 22 years in the corporate finance division of which he
was a director for 19 years specializing in project financing and mergers and
acquisitions, mainly in the minerals, and oil and gas sectors. Mr. Ryan has a
keen eye for value assets and for extracting value. He is currently the Chairman
of Golden Cross Resources Limited (ASX:GCR) and Blue Ensign Technologies
Limited (ASX:BLE).
President & Director
Malcolm B. Fraser - Mr. Fraser has over 40 years experience in mineral
exploration, project financing, mine development, non-ferrous, precious and
industrial minerals marketing, and international law. He holds degrees in
Geological Engineering from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario, in Economic
Geology from Harvard, and in Law from Osgood Hall, Toronto.
C.F.O. & Director
Charles E. Ross. - Mr. Ross has extensive management experience with oil and
gas companies. Having served as the CFO and Secretary of numerous and
varied resource companies, he is well versed in the ever changing fields of
securities, administration and finance. Mr. Ross is focused on the sourcing and
financing of acquisition targets.

Paul Nicholas Johns - Mr. Johns is the principal of Nexusfactor Pty Limited.
He has a vast experience in advertising, strategic planning, transport, logistics,
investor and government relations. He has collaborated and assisted a number
of Global and Australian national companies with market intelligence, business
profiling, business/target identification, together with the commercial analysis to
identify commercial ‘bolt on’ opportunities within the client’s sectors. Areas of
interest and experience include strategic planning, business and asset
performance analysis, company positioning and profiling, succession planning
and investor relations.

Roger Paul Tidmarsh - Mr. Tidmarsh has been involved as a principal and
director in the supply and manufacturing of mining equipment. He is currently the
executive chairman of Roverworks, a leading contract construction company that
provides specialized mining and exploration equipment to Australian resource
and construction companies. He was the founder and is now the chairman of the
Australasian national publishing group, Image Digital, which uses patented
technology to produce traditional and online publications for a variety of
international media companies operating in 17 countries. Mr. Tidmarsh’s areas
of interest lie in company reconstructions and mergers and acquisitions by taking
maximum advantage of global trends, ideas and business opportunities.

Malcolm J. Lennox - Mr. Lennox is a geologist with 40 years
experience in mining
and oil and gas exploration. He acts as a consulting geologist and project
manager for companies working in Africa, Southeast Asia and Australasia,
including Drillsearch Energy Limited. In addition to his technical experience, Mr.
Lennox has also been involved in investor relations, initial public offerings,
and joint-venture financings. He is also a director of various companies,
including Sedgwick Mineral Resources Limited (UK) and Sedgwick Resources
Limited (Zambia). Mr. Lennox graduated from the Royal School of Mines,
Imperial College, London.
