Jim McKerlie - Chairman Mr. McKerlie is a Chartered Accountant and business consultant. He has had a global career consulting to small and large companies on growth strategies as a managing partner at KPMG and Partner in charge at Deloitte. He has extensive corporate experience as director and chairman of private and public companies. Mr. McKerlie was the founder of Bullseye and is currently the companies Group Chief Executive. 		Brad Lingo Director, President & Chief Executive Officer Brad Lingo has more than 25 years of oil and gas industry experience ranging from frontier deepwater commercialization of major gas projects in Australia. He has been involved in all phases of the oil and gas business and project development, mergers and acquisitions, financing and equity capital raising for both listed and private companies in Australia and internationally. 		Chris Carty Director Mr. Carty has wide technical and management experience in the upstream oil industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons-Geophysics) has held senior positions with Mobil Oil, Bridge Oil, Capital Energy, Stirling Resources and Eastern Star Gas and has consulted to a number of other companies including New Zealand Oil and Gas and Santos. Mr. Carty was previously the Chief Technical Officer of Drillsearch and for a short period held the position of Director. Mr. Carty now acts as a consulting geophysicist to Drillsearch. 		Malcolm Lennox Director Malcolm Lennox is a geologist with more than 40 years experience in mining and oil and gas exploration. He is a consulting geologist and project manager for companies working in Africa, Southeast Asia and Australasia. 		Keith Skipper Director Keith Skipper is a successful global explorationist, public company executive and corporate non-executive director with 35+ years diverse industry experience. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) Geology and M.Sc. (Geology). He is a registered member of APEGGA. Throughout his career, Keith has held management, executive and board positions with several TSX and ASX listed public companies. He is experienced in international and WCSB. 		Ian Bucknell Corporate Secretary & Chief Financial Officer Ian Bucknell is an experienced Certified Practicing Accountant with over 10 years of international upstream oil and gas accounting experience. He has held a number of finance management positions with Oil Search Limited, Great Artesian and Drillsearch Energy Limited.
