Circumpacific is a junior oil & gas company engaged in the development of petroleum and natural gas properties in Western Canada. The company is managed by an experienced and diversified board of directors, and is supported by a knowledgeable and motivated team.
The Company’s land position in Alberta and Saskatchewan as of December 31, 2008 is 13,954 net acres. During the 6 months ended December 31, 2008 the Company production averaged 232 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Development opportunities exist on Company lands with potential drilling of new wells at Willesden Green and Colgate. All of the current forecast capital expenditures for the upcoming calendar year are expected to be funded from cash flow.
